This is a repost of an interview question which I published on Friday 27 April 2018 at 09:00.
When I was at Premier Inn, I had a client who had heavy suitcases and had health issues where they could not lift heavy things.
Even though I was in the middle of something important, which I am unable to discuss, I carried her suitcases up to her room. I delayed my original task, but I managed to catch up and complete the task with time to spare.
The client was grateful that I helped her to her room and the staff and my manager at Premier Inn were extremely happy that I went out my way to help assist with the client.
