Communication: A-One

I attended meetings at the beginning of every shift at DPD running up to Christmas.

I needed to ask questions in regards to completing extra hours to get as much satisfaction as possible.

The Shift Manager called a meeting to discuss Christmas hours with DPD employees. Knowing that I need and want to gain as much experience as I possibly can, I asked what hours two of us agency staff would be doing and I asked if we could complete overtime as well.

I managed to persuade my Shift Manager to give me and the other agency colleague one extra shift per week, from 40 hours per week to 48 hours per week.
