Online shopping requires people from different departments so customers can get their shopping delivered in the right time frame.

I needed to get the Drivers on the road as soon as possible.

I logged on to a PDA with a scanner and went to the first location and started picking and packing orders. I knew the Pick Rate was at approximately 256 per hour and I kept to that speed as much as possible.

In no time at all, the pick was successfully completed and the Drivers went out on their deliveries on time or early. I occasionally assisted the Loading Department, loading Tesco band and customer’s shopping.
