This is a re-post of Decision Making: Premier Inn, which was published on Tuesday 01 March 2021 at 18:00.

A colleague was going to go around the buildings to make sure everything was quiet and make sure there were no issues.

I needed to decide to complete this task with the colleague.

I asked the colleague if I could do the rounds with him. He was hesitant and said no initially. I explained that it would five me experience that I could put on my CV.

My colleague let me do the rounds on my own and it was very quiet and there were no issues.
