Customer Service: Premier Inn

On the first week of Work Experience Placement at Premier Inn, I was placed on Reception.

I needed to provide excellent customer service to the clients.

When client came in, I would politely greet them and ask if they had booked a room. I took the reservation orders and entered it into the computer and confirmed the reservation, then I handed them the key cards so they could get into their rooms and asked if they needed any assistance or additional services. Only one I have client needed assistance, where she asked if I could take her suitcases up to her room. She thanked me for doing this. Everybody else declined, but thank me for offering.

Clients were happy with the service I gave and I received two excellent reviews / feedback from clients.
